Great case! |
| User: M G, Jul 12, 2008 |
 | Ive had this case as long as Ive had my Centro (about 10 months), and if the amount of scratches on the plexiglass is any indication, Im very glad I have it. It does give the phone a very militaristic look and adds considerably to its general bulkiness (not its weight though, it weighs almost nothing). Some of the paint is beginning to chip, but it by no means looks like its wearing out. Despite being a metal case, bluetooth and cell reception dont seem affected at all. There are no scratches on the metal at all, just chipping from the many drops.
The ultimate test of the case is the many times Ive dropped the phone. Every time except once the case stayed closed and the phone was unharmed. That one time it did fall out was when I was testing. I held it up as high as I could and dropped from there (so, around 9 feet in the air). The case opened and the phone half-fell out. From ear level it managed perfectly fine.
I even find it easier to hold the phone when its in the case! If you can live with the military look it gives your phone, this is a great case. | | |
